Fear The Lord

Image
Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the LORD is kept safe. Proverbs 29:25 Reading: Daniel ch.6 - Daniel and Darius  vs.16 Then the king commanded, and Daniel was brought and cast into the den of lions. The king declared to Daniel, “May your God, whom you serve continually, deliver you!” …18 Then the king went to his palace and spent the night fasting; no diversions were brought to him, and sleep fled from him. 19 Then, at break of day, the king arose and went in haste to the den of lions.  20 As he came near to the den where Daniel was, he cried out in a tone of anguish. The king declared to Daniel, “O Daniel, servant of the living God, has your God, whom you serve continually, been able to deliver you from the lions?”  Because one person chose to fear God, not man (Prov29:25)…because one man (Daniel)“loved not his life unto death” (Rev12:11), the heart of a heathen king (Darius) was turned to the true and living God… Am I ready for persecution…? The Messenger of The Lord

Image
Who was the Messenger of The Lord in Daniel Ch. 10 Behold the sovereign mercy of the Lord :               Scripture reference:  Read Daniel ch 10:1-21 (The Messenger of the Lord) The Archangel Michael has been assigned to defend Israel (Daniel 12:1). But there is a problem…Israel’s continual and willful acts of disobedience and iniquity, have created a barrier between them and The Lord (Isaiah 59:1-2), which has left them as prey for Satan, the prince of this world. So, do Michael and his legion of angels actually have any legal right to defend Israel?… By God’s own Law, Israel have put themselves under a curse - a curse that gives Persia, Greece and any kingdom that comes afterwards, the right to wipe them off the face of the Earth (Psalm 83:1-4) But…there is One who stands beside Michael (ch.11:1)- “One who looks like a man”… One who “stands in the gap” , against what must have been a constant barrage of accusations…The One who will provide the ...

Nebuchadnezzar’s dream

Daniel 2: 31 “Your Majesty looked, and there before you stood a large statue—an enormous, dazzling statue, awesome in appearance. 32 The head of the statue was made of pure gold (Babylon), its chest and arms of silver(Media/Persia), its belly and thighs of bronze (Greece), 33 its legs of iron (Rome), its feet partly of iron and partly of baked clay. (Revived Rome- The kingdom of anti-christ) Feet of iron and clay. It’s strength is deceptive; it’s unity is an illusion. Iron and clay can never hold together. Yet this kingdom, for a time, will unify the nations, holding a decisive and destructive power over all who belong to this world….Why? Precisely because they love the things of this world and seek after the treasure of it…Revelation 13:16 It (the false prophet) also forced all people, great and small, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hands or on their foreheads,17 so that they could not buy or sell unless they had the mark, which is the name of the b...

Reading the Bible

Image
The Book of Revelation never really made sense to me until I had read through Daniel and all the books of the prophets; But the books of the prophets never really made sense to me until I read through all the books of the Law and the chronicles of Israel…beginning with Genesis.  (It is futile to attempt to build a solid structure without first preparing deep and solid foundations…how can we attempt to understand the end of the book, if we have not first read in order, the beginning and the middle?) A long time back, God told me to simply read the entire Bible from cover to cover, in chronological order, with no agenda in mind but to know Him. (chronological because it would be easier to connect the dots - and the Bible is a book of connection, where one scripture interprets another scripture, where everything in its context makes sense, and where there are no contradictions) …Two things the Lord told me: “Keep going!” And “Hold on (because it’s going to be the ride of your li...

Daniel’s prophecy & the Book of Revelation

Image
Daniel 12:4 But you, Daniel, keep this prophecy a secret; seal up the book until the time of the end, when many will rush here and there, and knowledge will increase.” (That time is Now!) What is this book, that Daniel sealed? Revelation5:1 Then I saw a scroll in the right hand of the one who was sitting on the throne. There was writing on the inside and the outside of the scroll, and it was sealed with seven seals. 2 And I saw a strong angel, who shouted with a loud voice: “Who is worthy to break the seals on this scroll and open it?”… 6 Then I saw a Lamb that looked as if it had been slaughtered, but it was now standing between the throne and the four living beings and among the twenty-four elders. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which represent the sevenfold Spirit of God that is sent out into every part of the earth. 7 He stepped forward and took the scroll from the right hand of the one sitting on the throne.” Daniel’s prophecy will reappear under a new name at the time of...

Joel 2:32 Every other Name of God is wrapped up - and summed up - in this One Name:     Jesus...Yeshua:  “The Lord our Salvation” (Matthew 1:21)

I teach the Word of God - but one of the most important lessons God has taught me is this: It is not always my job to reach my students...It is ALWAYS my job to TEACH my students;  The Lord Himself is the One who will reach them,  through the Word that I teach them...Because His Word will never return void, but will accomplish that for which He has sent it (Isaiah 55:11). We can sow the seed; we can water the shoots...we can pray, pray, pray:  But then comes the real test of faith:  Can we let go and allow the Holy Spirit to do His job?...to do what only He can do (John16:8) ...Because it is the Lord who reaps the harvest. (1Corinthians3:6-7) Also Zechariah 4:1-6
Image
I have come through a lifetime of intensive deliverance and deep healing: I have seen the LORD work absolute miracles in my soul: It has happened, not through the repetition of random verses of scripture, over and over like a parrot (as some would teach)...but through real encounters and a real relationship with the LORD, in His Word (John1:1)... And this has happened, not through emotion or experience (although these are a part of it) ...but through reading God’s Word properly, in its context...and looking to find Jesus Christ within its pages, rather than (as is popularly taught) trying to find myself in them. In him was life, and the life was the light of men. (John1:4) Jeremiah 29:13; Zechariah 4:1-6; Ephesians 1:17 #FollowingJesus

1Peter1:5 ...who by God’s power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 6 In this you rejoice, though now for a little while, if necessary, you have been grieved by various trials, 7 so that the tested genuineness of your faith—more precious than gold that perishes though it is tested by fire—may be found to result in praise and glory and honor at the Revelation (unveiling) of Jesus Christ.  *** Who would profess to know when the rapture will be? (Matt24:36-42).  All we do know is that we must be ready- our faith refined, purer than gold...we must allow God to take us through the process NOW...so that at that great and terrible Revelation of Jesus Christ, we His Bride will be ready. - See Revelation ch.2&3. Who is this Revelation for? The unbelieving people’s of the World?...Yes...But first and foremost, it is for unbelieving Israel (see Rev.7)... that God may finish in them what He began...that through the great unveili...

Finding Jesus Bible study Part III Isaiah 53:7  He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth;  Luke 23:8-11;  1Peter2:22-24 like a lamb that is led to the slaughter, and like a sheep that before its shearers is silent, so he opened not his mouth.  Matthew 27:14  John1:29-30;  Revelation 5:6 ***Under great stress and pressure, it is best to keep silent, lest sin gains a foothold - John14:30*** 8  By oppression and judgment he was taken away;   John18:10-13; John19:12-16;  Mark14:46-50 and as for his generation, who considered that he was cut off out of the land of the living, stricken for the transgression of my people?  Luke 18:31-34;  John20:6-9 ***Very few understood. Even fewer seemed able to link scriptures such as Isaiah 53 to a suffering Messiah…likely because they did not want to…so it was hidden from them (see also Daniel 9:25-26)- The truth would not  be fully revealed until after the Sacrifice w...

Finding Jesus Bible Study Part II Isaiah 53:4  Surely he has borne our griefs and carried our sorrows; 1Peter2:24 yet we esteemed him stricken, smitten by God, and afflicted. (Matthew 27:41-43) ***they believe he is a blasphemer..therefore God will not recognize or help him - because it is God Himself who is punishing him…They could not be more deceived. Read John 9:1-3…a common perception was that those who were sick or dying were accursed and abandoned by God -  Exodus 20:4-5;  Romans 6:23.   Here we see Jesus dispel this notion…and on the cross, He will take the entire curse upon Himself…and break it! Finding Jesus in Isaiah 53

Finding Jesus Part I Isaiah 53:1 Who has believed what he has heard from us? And to whom has the arm (strength) of the Lord been revealed?  See: John 1:10-14;  John12:37-41 ***Who would know… that the power of God to deliver and save, would appear in such humanity and humility?✝️  This was hidden from everyone- especially satan, who would not have imagined, in his prideful state, that anyone, much less Almighty God, would abase himself so completely (Romans5:6-8)*** 2  For he grew up before him like a young plant, and like a root out of dry ground:  Isaiah 6:13;  John1:46;  Isaiah 9:1-2 (Matt4:14-15) ***The northern region of Israel (including Galilee) was far removed from sophisticated Jerusalem and Judaea, and it suffered greatly after the Assyrian invasion…it was repopulated with surrounding pagan peoples -  and some of them never left.*** Philippians 2:6-8 He had no form or majesty that we should look at him, and no beauty that we should desir...
