The City

 This is a message for the Church in this hour: The last place we see ourselves in the Bible - the final and finished image of redeemed humanity - is as a City (Revelation ch.21)…radiating the glory of God with the brilliance of a “precious stone”…

~~~Just like precious stones, we too are a product of the earth {Genesis 2:7; Psalm 139:15} refined and conformed into His image, through heat and pressure…a precious stone…a spotless bride. {1Peter 2:4-8} ~~~


Who’s gates are a single pearl…

~~~It is through the Cross of Christ that we become One Body…One Bride {John 16:21} Having forsaken everything of this world, valuing nothing but Christ and loving not our lives even to the death - Matthew 13:45-46.~~~


Who’s appearance was as pure (transparent) gold…

~~~Having been thoroughly tested and refined through tribulation - Revelation 3:18.~~~


Who’s walls are of jasper…

~~~Having forsaken all to follow Jesus, now becoming as the pure expression of the Lord Himself - Revelation 4:3. (1John3:2)~~~
